It even meets Microsoft’s Secured-core PC requirements. Meanwhile, manageability is to the fore – whether the Tecra A50 is in the office or remote. With so much shared DNA between the A50 and its 14” sibling the Tecra A40, mixed fleets can be managed easily.

In the office, at home or on the move, the Tecra A50 helps get work done - fast. It combines the latest full power 28W 11th Generation Intel® Core™ processors and up to Intel® Iris® Xe graphics with speedy SSD drives and up to 32GB of DDR4 RAM in two fully configurable slots. And it squeezes every ounce of performance out of them, thanks to its Dynabook-engineered dual-fan cooling system that stays quiet even under load. All this capability doesn't compromise battery life, either - its 53Wh battery delivers over 10.4 hours' use on a charge*, and recharges to 40% capacity in just 30 minutes.

All-day comfort, always-on style

Modern professionals will be proud to carry the Tecra A50 around. Slim bezels result in a compact footprint, but the device nevertheless incorporates a large backlit keyboard with excellent typing feel, a roomy touchpad and a full numeric keypad. Its 15.6" IPS non-glare screen with touchscreen options can be opened up to 180 degrees; close it back up and you're met by a stylish lid with a distinctive wave detail and diamond-cut logo. The Mystic Blue anti-bacterial paint coating not only adds a stylish finish but also repels germs and bacteria. Weighing just 1.65kg, it's effortless to pick up.

In touch and on-track

Enable effortless collaboration with the Tecra A50. Its HD webcam has a shutter slider to provide privacy while working, and is complemented by dual Cortana-ready near-field microphones which ensure noise is cancelled and voices are heard loud and clear. High-quality stereo speakers with DTS audio processing complete the experience.

Engineered for uptime

Designed in Dynabook’s Innovation Centre R&D hub and underpinned by over 35 years of notebook expertise, the A50 is ready to keep your workforce moving. Its lightweight chassis has been vetted against the latest MIL STD 810-H standards, which include rigorous drop, temperature, humidity, vibration and shock tests. And its keyboard is not only spill-proof* but has been specially lowered to protect the screen, further reducing the likelihood of accidental damage.

The Tecra A50's extensive connections let users make anywhere their office. Two ultra-fast Thunderbolt 4-enabled USB-C ports support simple docking by providing charge, data transfer and screen sharing for up to four monitors. Further accessories, docks and displays can be hooked up with ease and speed via other full-size ports including HDMI 2.0, LAN and additional USB-A 3.2 ports. For fast and reliable wireless connections, the device boasts Intel® 802.11ax (WiFi 6), and offers optional LTE for the ultimate on-the-move experience.
