With the Gold On-site Repair, Next Business Day Response Service a Dynabook Certified Engineer will be dispatched to your location, in many countries within the next business day (cut-off time for service case logging: 3 p.m.). In case the service part can easily be replaced by yourself, you can decide if the service part should be sent to you for self-repair instead.
